1.- Social Distancing
- You will find signs in the different areas of the Hotel, so that you can enjoy our facilities while respecting the social distance.
2.- Cleaning and disinfection
- We have alcohol gel dispensers in different areas of the Hotel.
- We have implemented measures that reinforce the cleaning and disinfection of all our facilities (Entrance, rooms, public areas, common areas).
- The cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces will be done more frequently, with special emphasis on those with high contact.
3.- Use of mask
- All guests must comply with the correct use of the mask.
4.- Check in
- Hand over the key card properly disinfected.
- Before arrival you can check in online.
- You will be able to scan the QR code where you will find complete information about the hotel (available services, restaurant/bar menu, activities, schedules).
- All proof of payment will be sent via email to the reservation holder.
5.- Payment methods
- To minimize contact, we offer online payments and payments with credit card.
6.- Rooms
- Deep disinfection of the entire room and accessories (hair dryer, remote control, lamps, telephone, safety box, among others), with special emphasis on the points that have the most contact.
- The guest will be able to forego room cleaning service during his stay, informing upon arrival at Reception
7.- Swimming pools
- Fulfilment of social distancing in the placement of armchairs and inside our pools.
- The use of accessories such as aquatic recreational equipment (balls, mats, inflatables, etc.) is not permitted.
- Animation activities inside the pools will be carried out respecting all the biosecurity protocols.
- Exhaustive control and greater frequency of cleaning, disinfecting, PH regulation of chlorine levels guaranteeing the biosecurity protocolos.
8.- Non available services
- There are some services which are temporary unavailable: spa (sauna and jacuzzi) and karaoke.
9.- Laundry
- Washing of sheets, towels, clothes and lingerie in general with high temperature disinfectant supplies for proper disinfection.
10.- Food and drinks
- We apply GMP (Good Food Handling Practices) methods and follow strict sanitation protocols during the process of preparing and serving food and beverages.
- You can view the options of our menu through the QR code.
- We have distributed the tables considering the due distance, with a maximum occupation of 08 people per table.
- We have room service from 07:30 hr. until 20:30 hr.
11.- Activities Program
- We will have activities which will be carried out outdoors, fulfilling the due social distancing.
- The program of activities will be able to download it by means of a QR code.
12.- Collaborators
- A daily temperature control and monitoring of the state of health of each one will be carried out.
- We provide constant training on the processes of sanitation, cleaning and disinfection to be followed according to the activities they perform.
- Our collaborators have the proper personal protection equipment as required by their functions.
